I wonder if one of the best ways to optimize your happiness and health is simple… Optimize your food.

  1. Bone marrow
  2. Beef liver
  3. Beef heart
  4. Beef shank
  5. Pasture raised eggs
  6. Grass fed beef, or wagyu ground beef — whatever has more cholesterol.
  7. Lamb, lamb shank.
  8. Beef ribs, lamb ribs

Things to avoid?

  1. Pork
  2. Dairy, butter

Maybe I should give up pork? Whenever I eat it, I always get really bad digestion and poor stools?
